Trans-Ozark Trail – Day 2

Dang, I’m out of shape. Only 16 miles today but 3600+ feet of elevation gain. Some cool cliffs and rock bluffs and even a nice view. Squeezed my tent in on a hill above a creek for the night. My plantar fasciitis is bothering me and slowing me down. I’m hoping it gets better. I’m rolling it out each night and again in the morning and stretching every time I stop.
